Elizabeth focuses her practice in the areas of business, real estate, finance and corporate securities.  She represents multinational corporations as well as local companies in financing, purchase and sale transactions and real estate development projects. She also works with emerging companies in all aspects of company formation and private offerings. Examples of her work include:

  • Real Estate Transactions: Represented owners and developers in purchase and sale transactions involving golf course and resort properties, shopping centers, and office and warehouse complexes.  Represented both landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions.
  • Financing: Represented institutional lenders in negotiating and documenting real estate and commercial loan transactions involving retail centers, resort properties, office buildings, long term care facilities and Indian casinos.
  • Business: Represented numerous small business owners with entity formation, strategic planning, succession planning, purchase and sale and seller financed transactions.
  • Corporate Securities: Represented emerging growth companies in business formation, private offerings,  joint ventures, venture capital, and other technology transactions.

Elizabeth gained her legal experience while practicing in Hawaii and Washington. She enjoys working with various non-profit organizations and small business entrepreneurs.  Elizabeth has practiced with the Northwest law firm of Miller Nash in their Seattle offices, Vantage Counsel LLC in Honolulu and The Nathanson Group in Seattle.
