Stacy Ma concentrates her practice in the area of civil litigation, with a focus on personal injury, premises liability, commercial litigation and medical malpractice defense.  

Prior to joining Goodsill, Stacy worked as an associate in the Litigation Department of Am Law 100 firm, Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP in New York City, where her practice focused on complex commercial litigation, securities litigation and shareholder derivative suits for privately and publicly held companies and their directors and officers.  Stacy also advised financial services clients in regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings brought by government and regulatory agencies, including the SEC and FINRA.  

Stacy is a recipient of an Excellence in Pro Bono Advocacy Award from Sanctuary For Families, a New York non-profit organization, related to her trial work before the New York Integrated Domestic Violence Court.   

Stacy was also a recognized contributor to Insider Trading and Compliance Answer Book, published by Practising Law Institute (2011-2015 editions), and “Commercial Leasing” published in the fourth edition of Commercial Litigation in New York State Courts.
