Lisa Bail to speak at seminar “Environmental Liabilities in Real Estate Transactions”

(Honolulu, Hawaii - November 18, 2016) - Lisa Bail will be a speaker at the National Business Institute seminar "Environmental Liabilities in Real Estate Transactions" on December 1 at Hilton Waikiki Beach.

The intermediate-to-advanced level course on environmental liabilities in real estate transactions was developed for attorneys, and can be of interest for real estate developers, environmental engineers and paralegals. It will cover best practices for discovering potential property pollution and provides solutions to overcome hurdles when they are discovered.
