Goodsill’s Drug & Medical Device Litigation Group has no equal in Hawaii for the defense of product liability actions involving drugs and medical devices. With our years of experience defending the industry in numerous actions, including complex mass tort cases and wrongful death claims, and our trial teams consisting of experienced, technologically savvy, and medically conversant lawyers, legal nurse consultant, and legal assistants, leaders in the drug and medical device industry have repeatedly turned to Goodsill to take up their defense when litigation arises in Hawaii.
