It operates a secure document management system — an FTP (file transfer protocol) site, end-to-end email encryption delivery (supporting transport layer security, TLS, and static secure sockets layer, SSL) and extranet.

All clients have login access to an extranet area designed specifically for them. The result is a virtual office where documents, calendars, tasks and message threads can be shared in one safe space between client and attorney. This space eases communication on complex matters.
