Biography

David applies his 40 years of experience to helping businesses succeed. His practice is focused on representing clients in business dealings, issuers in their registered and exempt securities offerings, and buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions. In addition, David also assists boards and committees in discharging their fiduciary duties.

As Goodsill's most senior partner, David has always embodied the saying, "Kulia i ka nu'u" (Strive to reach the summit).

OUTSIDE THE OFFICE

David enjoys traveling, golfing and playing on the firm's softball team. Go, Team Goodsill!

He has also been actively involved for more than 15 years as the president of the Hawai‘i Appleseed Center for Law and Economic Justice.
