Alana Song focuses in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, tax, and environmental law. She routinely works with senior corporate management and boards of directors on strategic corporate matters, including guidance on state and federal law, governance issues, corporate transactions, and entity formation, operation, and termination.

After earning a BBA in Finance in three years, Alana attended law school where she was the Co-Editor-in-Chief of Law Review and a research assistant for the Environmental Law Program.
