Paul Shimomoto, whose captive and insurance regulatory clients include publicly traded Fortune 500 and Global 500 companies from the US, Japan, and Europe, won the individual Lawyer of the Year award. Goodsill, whose attorneys have been representing captive insurance clients for nearly 40 years, was Highly Commended for its legal work in the captive industry.
