Bolton Nominated to Board of Directors of Hawai‘i Bankruptcy Bar Association

Johnathan C. Bolton has been nominated to serve as a director of the Hawai’i Bankruptcy Bar Association (HBBA) for a two (2) year term beginning on January 1, 2014.

HBBA is a non-profit corporation founded in 2010 that supports the analysis of insolvency and bankruptcy issues in the United States and the State of Hawai’i whose mission is to promote and maintain high standards in the practice of bankruptcy and in the operation of the courts.

Bolton is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law from the American Board of Certification and holds a Certificate of Specialization in Business Bankruptcy Law from the Hawai‘i Supreme Court.  He concentrates his practice on bankruptcy, foreclosure and collections law.
