Goodsill Welcomes Vasana Chiu To Our Real Estate Legal Team

Vasana Chiu has joined Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel as an Associate focusing on real estate and finance law. Prior to joining Goodsill, Vasana was an associate in the Tax, Trusts and Estates, and Transactional practice groups of another large Hawai’i law firm.

Vasana received her J.D., magna cum laude, from the William S. Richardson School of Law in 2020. While in law school, she served as an Outside Articles Editor for the University of Hawai’i Law Review, a Research Assistant to Professor Nicholas Mirkay (Tax, Trusts and Estates), and a Teaching Assistant for Lawyering Fundamentals.

Before practicing law, Vasana was a CPA in New York City for twelve years and has worked for the public accounting firms of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young. She received her CPA license in 2003 and has a M.S., in Taxation from Pace University. Before returning to Hawai’i, Vasana was a Tax Manager in Private Equity for Fortress Capital Finance, a global investment management firm.
