New Addition to Corporate and Securities Group

Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel has welcomed Denver S. Coon as the most recent addition to the Corporate and Securities practice group.

Denver concentrates his practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and corporate law. Previously he was general counsel to Trilogy Excursions on Maui where his duties included contract drafting and review, negotiations, and compliance with federal, state, and county laws. He is a graduate of William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawai‘i.
