Goodsill Partner Paul Shimomoto will speak at the 2020 Captive Insurance Companies Association (CICA) International Conference scheduled to take place March 8-10 at the Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa in Rancho Mirage, California.
Under the conference theme of, “Building on the Best,” Paul will be part of a panel discussion on “Non-domiciliary State Taxation of Captives.”
