Two Presentations by Associate David Hoftiezer at the Institute for Paralegal Education Seminar

On December 9, 2013, David Hoftiezer made two presentations as part of the Institute for Paralegal Education’s “A Litigation Paralegal’s Guide to Case Management” Seminar.

During his presentation on “Effective Document Control and Organization,” David outlined how technology and workflow design can help law firms satisfy their ethical responsibilities and improve case management.

In “Getting the Most Out Of Your Witnesses,” David discussed how to prepare clients for deposition and trial, the logistics of identifying and managing expert witnesses, and the function of lay witnesses by highlighting examples of techniques and exercises used for effective witness preparation.
