Goodsill represents owners and tenants of shopping center, office building, and other commercial and retail properties. We have represented clients in the development, sale, purchase, financing, and management of such properties in Hawaii and throughout the Pacific Basin. We also provide all of the legal services needed for the day to day operations of both owners and tenants in the commercial and retail market, including lease negotiation and documentation, employment matters, ADA compliance and premises liability disputes, compliance with international trade laws and regulations, and tax matters.

Our clients include the owners of retail properties such as Victoria Ward Centers in Honolulu, which opened a $45 million, 156,000 square foot entertainment complex anchored by a 16-plex theatre and a Dave & Busters sports bar, restaurant and entertainment center; Waikiki Trade Center; King’s Shops at the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Island of Hawaii, and Guam Shopping Center. We also represent national retail businesses such as RadioShack Corporation, the Federated Department Stores, and Costco Wholesale Corporation.
