Jamie Fukumoto will focus her practice in corporate and captive insurance where she will advise clients on business entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and captive insurance.
For more than 8 years, while working in Tokyo, Japan, for such large law firms as Nishimura & Asahi and Matsuo & Kosugi, Jamie represented public and private multinational corporations and private equity funds in connection with multijurisdictional transactions.
