Biography
David focuses his practice on medical malpractice, product liability, construction litigation and general civil litigation.
His career began in Texas with a judicial clerkship with the United States Bankruptcy Court in 1988. After practicing for three years at Cowles & Thompson in Dallas, he traded in his cowboy hat for an Aloha shirt and joined Burke Sakai McPheeters Bordner Iwanaga & Estes in Hawai‘i as an associate. In 2003, he joined Starn O’Toole Marcus & Fisher as a partner. Prior to Goodsill, David was a partner at Ayabe, Chong, Nishimoto, Sia & Nakamura.
