Biography
Clients seek Dale for his knowledge and experience with commercial leasing, including retail, office and industrial leasing. He has also assisted clients in shopping center and resort development, including acquisition, sale and financing. Often much of his time is spent advising on hospitality industry development, planning and operations.
OUTSIDE THE OFFICE
Dale has a passion for fostering young minds and start-ups. He is a director for Variety School of Hawai‘i and past director for Hawai‘i Angels and volunteers with Hawai’i First Robotics.
