Johnathan C. Bolton Presenting at the 2017 Hawai’i Bankruptcy Bar Association Fall Conference

Goodsill partner Johnathan C. Bolton will be a presenter at the 2017 Hawai’i Bankruptcy Bar Association’s Fall Conference on November 9, 2017 at the Halekulani Hotel in Waikiki, Hawai’i.

Johnathan’s presentation will include an educational session on bankruptcy law and recent case law trivia. The Fall Conference will also include presenters on various timely bankruptcy topics including a judicial panel discussion with the Hon. Richard Clifton of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Hon. Frank L. Kurtz, Chief Judge of the Ninth Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel and U.S. Bankruptcy Judge for the Eastern District of Washington, and Hon. Robert J. Faris of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Hawai’i.

Johnathan is a former President of the Hawai’i Bankruptcy Bar Association (“HBBA”) and also previously served a two year term as a director of the organization. HBBA is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support the analysis of insolvency and bankruptcy issues in the United States and Hawai‘i and to promote and maintain a high standard in the practice of bankruptcy law and in the operations of the Courts.
