Lisa Bail a panelist at 2017 HSBA Bar Convention

(Honolulu, Hawai‘i – October 3, 2017) – Lisa Bail will be a seminar panelist as part of the 2017 Hawai’i State Bar Association (HSBA) Convention and Annual Meeting on October 18.

The event to be held at Hawai’i Convention Center, provides attendees with numerous program options, including a morning session covering the topic “Identification and Management of Environmental Risk as Part of Property Transactions and Due Diligence”, at which time Lisa will be participating as a panelist. They will discuss how inadequate due diligence during property transactions and poor planning of site investigation and cleanup actions can lead to unexpected costs.
