Lisa Bail and Deirdre Marie-Iha Speaking at 2019 HSBA Bar Convention

Lisa A. Bail and Deirdre Marie-Iha will be speaking at the Hawaiʻi State Bar Association’s (HSBA) 2019 Bar Convention.

The event will be held on October 11, 2019 at the Hawaiʻi Convention Center. Lisa and Deirdre will be presenting the topic “Nuts & Bolts of Administrative Agency Appeals” as part of the HSBA Environment, Energy and Resources Section lineup. Their presentation will cover environmental permits and approvals and how the contested case process works, as well as outline the Chapter 91 appeals process and its intersection with constitutional challenges.
