Shimpei Oki to speak at seminar “Working with Japanese Buyers & Sellers”

Shimpei Oki will be a speaker at the Hawai‘i International Real Estate Council seminar “Working with Japanese Buyers & Sellers” on May 16, 2017 at Oahu Country Club.

The seminar is open to real estate professionals and their clients and will be conducted in Japanese language only. Topics will be specific to Japanese buyers, owners and sellers of Hawai‘i real estate including tax updates, estate planning, HARPTA & FIRPTA, immigration and new proposed changes.
