Attorney Johnathan C. Bolton Presents “12 Steps to a Successful Bankruptcy Appeal” at 2013 Bar Convention of the Hawai‘i State Bar Association

On Friday, September 27, 2013, Goodsill’s Johnathan C. Bolton gave a presentation at the 2013 Bar Convention of the Hawai‘i State Bar Association (HSBA) at the Hilton Hawai’ian Village entitled, “12 Steps to a Successful Bankruptcy Appeal.”  His presentation discussed all aspects of bankruptcy appeals.  Johnathan is the author of the chapter on “Bankruptcy Appeals” in the HSBA Federal Appellate Practice Manual published in 2013.

Johnathan’s practice centers on business bankruptcy, creditors’ rights and foreclosure matters.  He is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification and holds a Certificate of Specialization in Business Bankruptcy Law from the Supreme Court of Hawai‘i.
