Goodsill Welcomes Back Wayne Wagner

(Honolulu, Hawaiʻi – November 8, 2017) – Wayne R. Wagner has rejoined Goodsill as an Associate.

After concluding clerkships in federal court for the Honorable Richard R. Clifton of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, as well as the Honorable Susan Oki Mollway, then Chief Judge of the United States District Court of Hawaiʻi, Wayne returns to the firm to continue his practice as a commercial litigator. He has experience in environmental matters, intellectual property, federal class actions, construction defect, and appeals.
