Goodsill Welcomes New Associate

(Honolulu, Hawaiʻi – October 18, 2016) – Goodsill Anderson Quinn & Stifel welcomes Joanne J. Lee as an associate.

Joanne concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions, tax aspects of corporate transactions, and general corporate and tax matters. Prior to joining the Firm, she practiced at a New York City law firm in their Tax department. Joanne has represented clients across a wide range of industries, including consumer, hospitality, technology, media, financial services, pharmaceutical, and shipping.
