Goodsill Welcomes Two Corporate Law Attorneys

Goodsill recently welcomed Joseph A. Dane and Alana T. Song to the firm.

Joseph is a graduate of William S. Richardson School of Law and focuses his practice on intellectual property, internet and ecommerce, mergers and acquisitions, tax law, technology transactions and licensing. He has advised business and non-profits across a wide array of industries, including representing large and small property owners on real estate, agricultural and land use matters.

Alana focuses on the areas of mergers and acquisitions, business law and securities, tax and environmental law. She received her JD from William S. Richardson School of Law and her MBA from University of Hawai‘i, Shidler College of Business. She was the Co-Editor-in-Chief of Law Review and a research assistant for the Environmental Law Program. While earning her MBA, she was a Statistics teaching assistant and worked with emerging local companies to develop effective business models.
