Johnathan C. Bolton at the 2018 Hawai’i Bankruptcy Bar Association Fall Conference

Goodsill partner Johnathan C. Bolton was a panelist with Hon. Jeannette H. Castagnetti, Judge of the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, at the 2018 Hawai’i Bankruptcy Bar Association’s Fall Conference on November 9, 2018 at the Halekulani Hotel in Waikiki, Hawai’i.

Johnathan and Judge Castagnetti discussed recent decisions affecting judicial and non-judicial foreclosures in Hawai’i.

Johnathan’s practice at Goodsill focuses on business and commercial law, real estate and business litigation, debtor/creditor rights, and bankruptcy law. He is a former President of the Hawai’i Bankruptcy Bar Association and also previously served a two year term as a director of the organization.

HBBA is a non-profit organization whose mission is to support the analysis of insolvency and bankruptcy issues in the United States and Hawai‘i and to promote and maintain a high standard in the practice of bankruptcy law and in the operations of the Courts.
