Johnathan C. Bolton elected President of the Hawai‘i Bankruptcy Bar Association

(Honolulu, Hawai‘i – January 28, 2015) – Johnathan C. Bolton has been elected President of the Hawai‘i Bankruptcy Bar Association (HBBA) for 2015.  He is currently serving as a director of the organization.

HBBA is a non-profit corporation founded in 2010 that supports the analysis of insolvency and bankruptcy issues in the United States and the State of Hawai‘i whose mission is to promote and maintain high standards in the practice of bankruptcy and in the operation of the courts.

Johnathan is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law from the American Board of Certification and holds a Certificate of Specialization in Business Bankruptcy Law from the Hawai‘i Supreme Court.  His practice centers on business law, commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters involving finance, real estate, insurance, foreclosures, loan workouts and insolvency.
