HI Supreme Court: Restaurant and Banquet Employees Can Sue for Undisbursed Service Charges

Today, the Hawai‘i Supreme Court decided that restaurant and banquet employees may file lawsuits under Hawai’i’s Payment of Wages Law to enforce their rights to service charges under HRS § 481B-14.
