Goodsill Partner Deirdre Marie-Iha continues to demonstrate her leadership in appellate practice and procedure.  Deirdre joined Goodsill in 2018 after many years practicing appellate law. In August 2024, Deirdre’s article, “Pro Tips for Writing Appellate Motions and Briefs in the State Appellate Courts,” was featured in the Hawaiʻi Bar Journal. She shared her legal writing expertise to help fellow attorneys become more effective advocates before the state appellate courts. This was Deirdre’s second published Hawaiʻi Bar Journal article on appellate practice and procedure.
