The recently held 2024 ABA Midyear Meeting was about building personal connections and celebrating the values that bind legal professionals together, all amidst the backdrop of Louisville’s charm. Goodsill environmental law and litigation partner, Lisa A. Bail, attended as a member of the ABA Hawaii State Delegation.
Notably, the House of Delegates passed resolutions shaping ABA policy, including Resolution 604 advocating for a President’s Award for Civic Engagement that will reward and recognize students grades 5 through 12 who display outstanding civic leadership and leadership in their communities.
These meetings serve as invaluable opportunities for ABA members to advance their practices and network with fellow lawyers in the pursuit of strengthening the legal profession.
