Goodsill Hosts Summer Associates

On Behalf of | Jul 1, 2024 | Firm News

Goodsill’s Summer Associate Program gives law students a sense of a junior associate’s life at the firm. Summer Associates work in as many practice areas and with as many Goodsill attorneys as possible.

This year, Goodsill hosted three summer associates, all of whom grew up in Hawaiʻi: Jay Narimatsu of the University of California Irvine School of Law, mentored by Nicholas Kido and Tanya David; Mehana Witthans of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa William S. Richardson School of Law, mentored by Trent Miyashiro and Kenory Khuy; and Lo Ashford of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa Richardson School of Law, mentored by Ryan Fletcher and Deborah DiCristofaro.

All Goodsill Summer Associates are given priority consideration when post-graduate hiring decisions are being made. Goodsill makes every effort to correlate the number of summer associates hired with the anticipated number of first-year associate positions the firm will fill during their years of graduation.
