Three Goodsill attorneys spoke at the 2024 Board of Director Training put on by the Hawaii Council of Community Associations (HCCA) at Oahu Country Club on July 13, 2024 and July 20, 2024. As part of Goodsill’s effort in supporting community education, they spoke about various topics related to condominiums, cooperative housing, and planned community associations.
Associate Steven Wall presented about operational best-practices for condominium associations and boards of directors; Partner Christopher St. Sure discussed aging in place and discrimination, as well as resolving disputes; and Partner Forest Jenkins discussed operating the condominium and common issues in condominiums.
