Goodsill Welcomes Associate Kamrie Koi

Goodsill is pleased to welcome Kamrie Koi as an Associate in its litigation department. Prior to joining Goodsill, Kamrie worked as a litigation associate at another Honolulu law firm, where she was selected to the Super Lawyers’ 2024 Hawaiʻi Rising Star list.

Born and raised on Hawaiʻi island, Kamrie graduated from Kaʻū High School and received her Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and Administration of Justice from the University of Hawaiʻi at Hilo. She then graduated from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, William S. Richardson School of Law (“Richardson”) in 2021. During her time at Richardson, Kamrie received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for achieving the highest grade in four courses. She also served as editor-in-chief for Richardson’s Asian-Pacific Law and Policy Journal, worked as a research assistant for professor Cory Lenz, and was a teaching assistant for both legal research and legal writing classes.

After law school and prior to practicing, Kamrie worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Henry T. Nakamoto of the Third Circuit Court of the State of Hawaiʻi and the Honorable James H. Ashford of the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawaiʻi.
