
Kristin Y. Fujiyama recently joined Goodsill as an associate. She focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and trust and estate litigation, working closely with individuals and families to guide them through complex legal matters with clarity and compassion.
Kristin earned her J.D. from the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, William S. Richardson School of Law in 2021. While in law school, she served as Co-Editor in Chief of the Asian-Pacific Law & Policy Journal and received CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Family Law, Evidence, Legal Research, and Contracts I.
Before joining Goodsill, Kristin served as a law clerk to the Honorable R. Mark Browning (Ret.), former Chief Judge of the First Circuit Court of the State of Hawaiʻi, and briefly for the Honorable Jeannette H. Castagnetti, the current Chief Judge of the First Circuit Court. She also practiced as an associate at another Honolulu law firm.
She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Hawaiʻi Estate Planning Council, and serves as Secretary of the Hawaiʻi State Bar Association Probate and Estate Planning Section for 2025.
