With a membership of more than 13,000 professionals — including attorneys, judges, law professors, accountants, investment bankers and turnaround specialists — the ABI is one of the world’s largest multidisciplinary, non-partisan organizations dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency.
As a Coordinating Editor, Johnathan will focus on the ABI Journal’s column relating to the American Board of Certification (ABC). The ABC plays a vital role in the legal profession by board certifying attorneys nationwide in bankruptcy and creditors’ rights law. His contributions will help further the ABI’s mission to provide high-quality scholarship, insights, and education to professionals in the field.
