Goodsill’s Wellness Committee recently organized a foraging hike guided by Hawaii ethnobotanist and chocolatier Nat Bletter, founder of Madre Chocolate and Natty by Nature. During the hike, participants learned about island plants and their culinary and therapeutic uses.
Those who took part in the event included Dale and Kathleen Zane, Judy Lee, Joe and Nicole Dane, Erin Dung, Vasana Chiu, Tom Reed, Mike Alexander, and Vee Saclot with her sister and nephew.
The foraging hike was one of several activities organized by the firm’s Wellness Committee to support health and wellbeing among attorneys and staff. Nat is also scheduled to recently lead a chocolate-making class at the Goodsill office, continuing the firm’s focus on wellness and shared experiences.
