Goodsill is pleased to announce that Jay M. Narimatsu has joined the firm as an Associate in our Corporate/M&A and Real Estate Practice Groups.
Jay represents domestic and international clients in a wide range of corporate matters, including corporate governance, entity formation, reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and general business transactions. His real estate practice focuses on the development, acquisition, sale, financing, and leasing of real property.
Jay earned his Juris Doctor in 2025 from the University of California, Irvine School of Law, where he served as a student attorney in the Community and Economic Development Clinic and as Vice-Chair of the UCI Moot Court Board. During law school, he also externed for the Honorable Dean E. Ochiai (ret.) in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaiʻi. He previously served as a Summer Associate at Goodsill.
Raised on Oʻahu and a proud graduate of Mid-Pacific Institute, Jay received his Bachelor of Arts from UCLA in 2020, double-majoring in Political Science and Communication. He was admitted to practice in Hawaiʻi and the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaiʻi and is a member of the Hawaiʻi State Bar Association.
