Goodsill’s products liability group has been handling product liability claims for more than 40 years and has been involved in most of the seminal appellate cases that define modern Hawai‘i products liability law. Mass tort litigation: We have represented E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company in hundreds of Hawai‘i cases involving the fungicide Benlate. We have also served as local counsel for manufacturers of various products in Hawai’i asbestos litigation. In addition, we routinely serve as local counsel in high-profile mass tort cases involving drugs and medical devices as well as other types of products.
